This project is the Thailand Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility, with a designed treatment capacity of 260 t/d. Tailored for 7 streams of industrial wastewater with varying quality, including highly acidic and alkaline effluents, the facility adopts a comprehensive process flow of "classified pH adjustment → chemical treatment → sedimentation → sludge reduction", ensuring stable compliance with the park’s discharge standards while achieving proper sludge disposal.
Precision pH Adjustment & Chemical Dosing System
Equipped with a multi-channel automatic chemical dosing unit (as shown in the metering pump skid), the system features real-time monitoring and accurate acid/alkali dosing. It achieves segmented pH regulation and stable control for each wastewater stream, creating optimal conditions for subsequent chemical reactions.

Efficient Chemical Reaction & Sedimentation Unit
After pH adjustment, the wastewater enters the reaction-sedimentation tank. Through the addition of specialized chemicals, neutralization, coagulation, and flocculation reactions are completed, converting heavy metals, suspended solids, and other pollutants into settleable solids. The inclined plate/tube sedimentation tank (visible in the photos) enables rapid solid-liquid separation, significantly improving treatment efficiency.

Sludge Dewatering & Reduction System
Sludge generated from the sedimentation process undergoes high-pressure dewatering via the plate-and-frame filter press. This equipment drastically reduces the moisture content of the sludge, forming dry filter cakes for easy, compliant disposal. The filtrate is recycled back into the treatment system to avoid secondary pollution.
