1. Principle of magnetic coagulation precipitation process

After the sewage is lifted into the mechanical grid through the lifting system to retain and remove impurities, it enters the magnetic separation and precipitation system. By adding magnetic seed (magnetic powder) to the coagulation system, the magnetic seed is combined with the non-magnetic suspended matter in the raw water under the action of coagulant and flocculant to form magnetic floc. The sewage containing magnetic microfloc enters the homogeneous flow magnetic separation and precipitation system. The homogeneous flow magnetic precipitation equipment adopts uniform water distribution structure design at the bottom to ensure uniform and stable inlet flow rate, uniform water distribution, large water area and large discharge flux per unit area.
